Single-Barrel Cask Strength Bourbon

Cask Strength Baby Barrel Bourbon is about as close as you can get to pulling up a chair next to one of our barrels. Each release comes from a single 2.5-gallon barrel and is bottled at cask strength without dilution or blending.

Made from our 100% corn mash bill and distilled, aged and bottled at McLaughlin Distillery in Sewickley, PA, these barrels generally finish around 120–125 proof. The higher proof amplifies the rich oak, caramel and vanilla character developed during years of aging in our small charred oak barrels.

Because this is true single-barrel bourbon, no two releases are exactly alike. Proof, age and tasting notes vary from barrel to barrel, giving each bottle its own personality and offering serious bourbon drinkers the opportunity to experience our whiskey exactly as it came from the barrel.
