Kim's own maple syrup, sourced from his property in northern New York and aged in one of our used bourbon barrels. The barrel imparts some of the bourbon notes into the syrup and a touch of residual alcohol. But no worries, our syrup is kid friendly! Any residual alcohol thats pulled from the barrel is burnt off as we heat the syrup before bottling. Warning: Dangerously addictive.
