3. Top with Root Beer Moonshine

2 oz Irish Whiskey
1 oz Root beer Moonshine
½ oz Lemon juice
½ oz Simple syrup
Seltzer
Ice
1. Add all ingredients to the shaker with ice
2. Shake to chill
3. Strain into a highball glass with ice
