2024 San Francisco World Spirits Competition Silver Medal Winner
After about 5 years of aging, it’s time for the best part—the barrel harvest. Opening those barrels is an event around here. The aroma alone is out of this world—sweet, warm, and loaded with vanilla, caramel, and spice. It’s the reward for years of patience and dedication to the craft, and every single bottle carries that story.
