For the first time ever, we wanted to extend the opportunity to all of you to be the talk amongst all of your bourbon loving friends. We are now offering our own bourbon distillate bundled with a brand new charred white oak barrel for you to fill and age in the comfort of your own home. It's as simple as pouring the bottles into the empty barrel, sealing it shut with the provided bung, and then the hardest part...waiting for your barrel to work its magic!

So you might be asking yourself, what's included?

• You will receive a brand new 5 gallon charred white oak barrel and a bung to lock in all the goodness.
• You will also get 31 bottles of our 125 proof bourbon distillate which you will use to fill your barrel.

We suggest aging the barrel in an environment that fluctuates in temperature (55-75 F) as this allows the spirits to work itself in and out of the wood. Ideally, you should age your spirits for a minimum of 2 years, at which point we suggest the fun part....Tasting. At the 2 year mark, check your spirits to see how they agree with your palate as every palate is different. You may feel that your barrel is ready to harvest at this point or you may decide to let it keep working its magic, that is completely up to you and your personal preferences on your bourbons. If your barrel is low at any point, there is always an opportunity to add more of the same distillate to your barrel and it will continue to age in the same manner. When the barrel is harvested, it will be Cask Strength Bourbon. You can bottle it at this higher proof, or if you prefer a lower proof offering, you have the opportunity to knock the proof down to whatever proof you may see fit. Depending on the final bottle proof you choose and aging environment, you can expect anywhere from 20-28+ bottles.
