Maple Whiskey Sour

Ingredients
- 2 oz Maple Whiskey
- ¾ oz Lemon juice
- ½ oz egg white
- Garnish with a cherry
- 1 oz Devil’s Juice #5
Recipe
- Add ice to a mixing glass
- Add Maple Whiskey, lemon juice, egg white to a shaker (no ice) and shake for 30 sec to froth egg white.
- Add ice and shake again to chill
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice
- Float Devil’s Juice on top
- Garnish with a cherry
