Our straight moonshine is distilled from corn with a touch of sweetness, right here at our moonshine distillery in Pennsylvania. We run it off the still between 160 and 180 proof, then cut it to 90 proof so nobody hurts themselves.

Owner Kim McLaughlin's parents and grandparents made corn liquor on their dairy farm in New York, so you could say this one runs in the family. If you're after real, straight moonshine in PA, this is the bottle to start with.

4 oz Ginger beer

¼ oz Lime juice

Lime wedge

Ice

1. Add moonshine, lime juice, and ginger beer to a mule cup

2. Mix ingredients and garnish with a lime wedge
