Mango Moonshine from Our Sewickley, PA Distillery

Jim is the original volunteer here at our Sewickley, PA distillery's World Headquarters. He was and still is the quickest labeler in town. After a few months of requesting a mango moonshine, Jim got his wish, but be careful what you wish for around these parts.

A fanciful name and a caricature (that does Jim no justice, by the way) later, Jim's Jungle Juice Moonshine was born! A refreshing delight that will be sure to please any mango lover. Jim says it's best served over ice or just straight from the bottle.

RECIPES

MANGO MARGARITA

4oz MGRTA Moonshine

2oz Jungle Jim’s Mango Moonshine

Ice

Dried mango for garnish

Lime wedge

Coarse salt or tajin

1. Rub the lime wedge the margarita glass or rocks glass and then dip in coarse salt or tajin to create a rimmed glass

2. Mix all remaining ingredients with ice in a blender until ice is crushed or shake on ice and serve in a rocks glass with ice

3. Serve in rimmed glass

KICKIN' SMOOTHIE

4oz Jim’s Jungle Juice (Mango) Moonshine

1 cup frozen strawberries and 1 cup frozen blueberries Or 2 cups of any frozen fruit

1 cup milk (any kind)

Whipped cream

Fresh fruit of your choice for garnish

1. Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth

2. Serve in a pilsner glass

3. Top with whipped cream and a fresh fruit

MANGO BELLINI

4 oz Prosecco

2 oz Jim’s Jungle Juice Mango Moonshine

Fresh mango slice

1. Add mango moonshine to a champagne flute

2. Add Prosecco on top

3. Garnish with a fresh mango slice
