Our goal is to make a premium sipping bourbon, and we think our mix of the highest quality ingredients and small batch methods hits that goal right on the head. The "baby" barrels we use are hand-crafted right here at our craft whiskey distillery in Sewickley, PA. We use extremely small barrels to get the most flavor possible, because we believe in quality over quantity. The oak comes from up North, where the shorter growing season leaves the trees with many more growth rings per inch. That has a big effect on the flavor of our bourbon.

• Aged in 2.5 gallon casks
• 90 proof, 45% ABV
• 750ml
