We pair our flagship 3799 Bourbon with real, locally produced honey from Huffmeyer Farms, bringing together two Western Pennsylvania producers while leaving one important decision up to you: how sweet do you want it?
The foundation is our 90-proof, 100% corn 3799 Bourbon, handcrafted from grain to glass at McLaughlin Distillery in Sewickley, PA. Its caramel, vanilla and almond character provides the perfect backdrop for the natural richness of local honey.
Add a little honey for just a touch of sweetness or add more if that's what you like. There's no magic ratio because everyone's palate is different—and that's exactly why we leave the final blend to you.
