Our goal is to make a premium sipping bourbon. Hopefully you will agree, our mix of the highest quality ingredients, paired with small-batch methods hits our goal on the head. The "baby" barrels used are hand crafted on site. We use extremely small barrels to achieve the maximum flavor possible, and believe in quality over quantity. The oak used comes from up North, where the shortened growing season leaves the trees with many more growth-rings per inch. This significantly effects the flavor of our bourbon.
