If the holiday season already has you clinging to your sanity by a single ornament hook, consider this your official invitation to step away from the gift lists, the tangled lights, and whatever questionable cookie recipes you swore would be “easy this year.”

It’s time to sip something merry.

We’re decking the halls, shaking the shakers, and officially opening booking for our Holiday Cocktail Class—a festive, flavor-packed evening that’ll make even your most Grinch-leaning friend crack a smile. Join us on Thursday, December 4th from 5:30–8:00PM for a night of hands-on mixology, holiday magic, and enough cheer to power an entire inflatable yard display.

This time, we’re going all-in on Christmas.

Think peppermint, cranberry, cozy spices, twinkling lights, and enough red-and-green vibes to make Santa himself consider picking up bartending as a side gig.

You’ll learn to craft (and drink!) a lineup of holiday-inspired cocktails, including:

🎄 The Peppermintini — because nothing says “I survived November” like minty elegance in a martini glass
🎅 The Clausmopolitan — a festive twist on a classic that’s equal parts merry and dangerously drinkable
🕯️ The Christmas Old Fashioned — a warm, spiced, holly-jolly take on the timeless favorite

…plus plenty of other yuletide creations we can’t reveal just yet, but let’s just say Jen has been experimenting like an elf who found the espresso machine at the North Pole.

Throughout the evening, our resident mixologist Jen will guide you through every shake, stir, and jingle—teaching you to create cocktails that taste like Christmas morning, look like holiday postcards, and pair beautifully with everything from cookie swaps to ugly sweater parties. You'll pick up essential cocktail techniques, secret holiday tricks, and a few “wow” moments guaranteed to make you the unofficial bartender of every gathering you attend this season.

And yes—you’ll get to drink.

You’ll try multiple variations and choose three full cocktails to enjoy as you learn. Expect everything from bright peppermint sparkle to cozy, fireside-worthy sippers. If your tastebuds don’t feel festive by the end of the night, we’ll check them for a pulse.

Whether you're here to learn, sip, socialize, or simply escape your holiday to-do list for a few hours, you’ll leave with new skills, new favorite drinks, and a very real temptation to put a mixology set on your wish list this year.
