To celebrate National Bourbon Day, we're proud to release our newest 3799 Single Barrel Select from Barrel #1167.

Aged 6 years and 3 months and bottled at 104 proof, this barrel stood out from the moment we sampled it. Rich, mature, and layered with character, it was one of those barrels that kept finding its way back onto the tasting table.

What makes single barrel bourbon so special is its honesty. There is no blending, no averaging, and no opportunity to smooth out the edges with another barrel. What you're tasting is the exact whiskey that came from this barrel and this barrel alone.

Crafted from our signature 100% corn mash bill, this bourbon begins with a naturally rich sweetness that serves as the foundation for everything that follows. More than six years in a 10-gallon #4 char barrel transformed that foundation into something deeper, darker, and more complex.

On the nose, rich caramel, seasoned oak, baking spice, and hints of worn leather rise from the glass. The palate opens with layers of toasted oak, vanilla, and caramel before giving way to deeper notes of char, spice, and a lingering sweetness that keeps everything beautifully balanced.

The mouthfeel is rich, creamy, and full-bodied, carrying into a finish that seems determined to stick around long after the sip is gone.

There is power here, but it never feels reckless. Sweetness here, but never softness. Just a well-aged bourbon that spent more than six years becoming exactly what it was supposed to be.
