Our goal is to make a premium sipping bourbon. Hopefully you will agree, we got the right mix of the best quality ingredients, paired with small batch methods. The "baby" barrels used are hand crafted on site. We use extremely small barrels to achieve the maximum flavor possible, and believe in quality over quantity. The oak used comes from the North, because of the shortened growing season the trees have many more growth-rings per inch. This significantly effects the flavor of our bourbon.
